Quick Tip: How To Build a Custom Report

So you already use the “report” button in MyMediaInfo to export contacts, EdCals and outlet information to Excel in the standard format. But you want to see more. It’s easy! Click ‘set up’ in the upper right hand corner of the tool, then click ‘create/modify custom report’ and select the report you want to customize. Select the criteria you want to view, name your new report and change the column order with the drop down boxes to the right. Now just select a list of contacts, EdCals or outlets to export, hover the mouse over ‘Report’ (under custom), and click on the name of your custom report. Viola, customization!
