In the contacts tab of MyMediaInfo, select the contacts you want to include, hover your mouse over “report” and click “briefing book”. The information will be automatically exported to Word where you will have all of the contact’s information (contact info, pitching profile, outlets, pitching tips, etc.) to use as you please!
